Statue of Sacred Tears

This is one of our beautiful monuments and sacred sites. The crying statue represents the story of our origin.

The water here is very clear and sacred, and has healing and magical properties. On the night of the new moons, the water turns peach and becomes milk like and tastes very delicious. We have our festivals then and harvest the water which we sell. It tastes creamy and is sweet. Then the water goes back to clear after the moon appears again, This is just a brief overview of this site in Skylantis. This site is located on the highest island in the sky, and is also a sight of prayer to God.

Anatomy and Physiology Part 1: Fairy Wings

   In this Part One of Our Anatomy and Physiology I would like to start with the fairy wings. the fairies inhabit most of our jungles as well as us, and some people are born with fairy wings. Here we will look at the comparison of a butterfly wing to a fairy wing.

Here some of the veins are portrayed on the wings, also the tiny scales that the wing is made up of are shown. They are like tiny plates that overlap with one another.

The Wings of a fairy are very much like a butterfly's in order to camouflage them. They attack to the spinal cord nerve endings on the fairy's back. they are very beautiful and delicate. If you beat the, too fast they will look like they aren't there at all. The wings resemble nature and flowers a lot. The people here that have fairy wings like these take good care of them, and they are all very beautiful.

This picture also explores the fairy wing further, drawing out the bones and everything of another type of fairy wing.

Geography of Skylantis

The beautiful islands of Skylantis are located just above the shimmering ocean of the Pacific Ocean. Our land is very, very mountainous. The mountains are the homes of the many different species of animals here. The mountains are a great advantage because we are able to go to safety in case of an attack. The forests are lush and exotic. They cover most of the islands. The trees are our eyes in the dark. We use them to see incoming attacks so watch out because we are. Most of our homes reside in the trees while others choose to live in the rocky hills of the mainland. We get around by using bridges that connect to the other island. The bridges are made of vines wrapped and braided to ensure stability and security for our people. Beneath us there is some land, but mostly water. It is very hard to reach us, because we are all on top of the air. You will have to climb mountains and through the falling waterfalls to reach us, but by then you would probably be dinner for some of the flying creatures. Skylantis Origin Simplified

In the times of the ancients before us, many eons ago our civilization lived in peace. We were very friendly and everyone knew about us. We were kind and always trusting nature, but who would have thought that that would have been the biggest fault. It was our kindness and our being naive that led to our fall. When we were in the a wonderful time of harvest season, other creatures came to us. They wanted to merge with us and make alliances, but they were just after our treasures. We were fooled by their facades and we took them in hospitality. Little did we know that after our civilizations started mixing, they started changing our ways of life and taking over our lands and killing our animals. We were being tricked, but when we decided to fight back we were outnumbered and some of our own kind even betrayed us. Those times were followed by 1000 years of sorrow and then in the midst of the new full moon in the 1001 year the high priestesses all had this same dream, that as soon as the moon and the sun hit each other in the sky that morning the Almighty God would turn the tables for us and we would be changed.


That morning when the sun and moon aligned in the sky together all hell broke loose. Fires raged the lands, and the oceans were swept by tsunamis. Th skies filled with fierce winds that ripped the vegetation out of the ground. Was this what God had planned for us? No, because then they changed happened. It was as if the sky the seas and the fires were split in half, and each of us were being crushed by the ground. The other people were all dead or being swept away by the disasters.  We fell into a cloud of darkness.

We awoke for some time later and had realized that we had changed, our limbs were more flexible, our bones seems hollow, and we seemed as light as feathers, our eyes were of magnificent colors, and the most shocking change ever........... we had wings. Wings that came out of our backs and fell softy to our sides. Beautiful glorious magical wings. We got up to pick up our pieces and restart our lives. God had wiped the cursed people away from us and we were left, but he had given us wings and made us to be stronger than before. We had learned form our mistakes and now we will not be taken by any civilization, we will not be treated in the same way as before. We have morphed into a race that will surely shake the World.
